You have 30 calendar days from the date-of-purchase to return or exchange an item.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in new condition with original tags. Returned items may not be washed, worn or altered. Whenever possible, we ask that your item be in its original packaging. You need to include your original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Sale items may be returned for refund or exchange.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by us or are defective. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.
Need a different size, color or style – no problem. Let us know when you call or email to arrange your return. We will reserve your exchange item(s) and ship them out to you when your return is received.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
-- Call us Toll Free +1(469)217-8202 or, if you prefer, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please provide your order number to better assist us in processing your return.
-- On your invoice, note your RMA number, circle the item(s) that you are returning and include the invoice with your return. If you would like to exchange your item(s), let us know when you call for your RMA number. We will reserve your exchange item(s) and ship them out to you when your return is received.
-- Pack and seal your return securely. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will be happy to email you a UPS return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or if you are making an exchange, the return shipping is on us.
If you prefer, you may use a carrier of your choice. Should you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend shipping with a trackable and insurable carrier so that you may monitor your package progress and file a claim should your package be lost or damaged in transit.
